For good or for ill, I work in a number of styles and there's the rub. We illustrators are forever being told: "Be consistent, have a clear style." And yet I don't want to be fettered by one style. That's why I have three.
1) Painterly
2) Linear and graphic, eg., the Constellation series. See above.
3) Conceptual.
